The Fòrum
Gastronomic is the first gastronomic congress with a trade fair, with its first
edition in 1999. It is now believed alternately in Galicia (north west Spain)
and Catalonia (north east Spain).
This year, the event will be held in Barcelona, during four days, from the 20th to the 23rd of october, the city will welcome chefs from all over Spain and the rest of the world and professionals from the food and wine sector to the Fira de Barcelona in the Gran Via.
